Our reception team at the Hotel Metropol is there for you in person every day from 06:30 to 22:30. Outside of these times, you can check in via our hotel app, our check-in machines in the entrance area or in person at our sister hotel Euler, Centralbahnplatz 14 - right next door.
Arrive with Ease in the Heart of Basel
Parking spaces are available for hotel guests in the shared underground garage of the Manz Privacy Hotels. As availability is limited, we recommend reserving your space in advance. Three Type 2 charging stations are available for electric vehicles. The garage entrance is located on Küchengasse. Additional parking is available at the nearby Centralbahnparking, accessible via Gartenstrasse 150. Thanks to the hotel's central location directly next to Basel SBB railway station, Hotel Metropol is easy to reach by train, tram or car.

Hotel Metropol is located directly next to Basel SBB railway station and offers excellent connections by train, tram, taxi or car. Thanks to its central location, the city centre, business districts and many of Basel’s attractions are just a short walk away. We recommend travelling by public transport – with the BaselCard, guests enjoy complimentary use of buses and trams throughout the city.
